Once an offer of employment has been made and accepted by your employee you can then ask them to complete a pre-placement questionnaire
A pre-placement health assessment, carried out by LATUS, assesses if an individual is medically fit to do the job.
The assessment is by questionnaire, and if necessary, a medical consultation. This checks the physical and mental ability to safely do the job.

Pre-placement questionnaires enable the employer to:
- Establish a baseline assessment before the employee starts
- Identify if the employee is medically fit to fulfil the duties of the role
- Identify any adjustments that need to be made to allow the employee to perform their role

- Make recommendations to reduce or remove any risks found
