Confined Space Medicals for Employees
The Confined Spaces Regulations 1997 require employers to ensure that any employees who carry out work in confined spaces are not exposed to any health risks while they are doing so.
A confined space is both enclosed, or largely enclosed, and has a high risk to workers of fire, explosions, loss of consciousness, asphyxiation or drowning.
Our confined space medical includes:
- Baseline health check (questionnaire, blood pressure, urinalysis etc)
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Skin assessment
- Vision screening
- Musculoskeletal assessment
For those employees who require a higher level of fitness we are able to provide higher level safety critical medicals.
