Accessibility and Emergency Preparedness

While the units are designed to be highly mobile and can reach challenging or remote locations, it’s important to be aware of certain accessibility limitations. We prioritise safety and have protocols in place for emergencies, though our technicians are focused on delivering occupational health.

  • Accessibility: Unfortunately, the units are not wheelchair accessible. If an employee requires this, please notify us during the booking process so we can arrange an alternative solution.
  • Emergencies: All units are equipped with first aid kits and space for an individual to lie down if necessary. In a serious emergency, technicians are trained to follow site-specific procedures and advise calling emergency services immediately. Our technicians are not trained in CPR or medical first aid.
