Whether you’re preparing for deployment, managing a crew, or running health checks across multiple sites, we make the process fast, compliant, and easy to manage.
Specialist medicals, delivered with speed, compliance and confidence.
Working offshore comes with unique pressures. That’s why our service is built around convenience, flexibility and expert clinical care. Whether you need a one-off medical or ongoing support for your crew rotations, we make it easy to get what you need, when and where you need it.
Expert Medicals for Offshore Readiness
Our clinicians are fully accredited and experienced in offshore health protocols. We provide OGUK medicals for deployment approval, including full assessments for vision, hearing, blood pressure, BMI and overall fitness to work. Fit-to-Train evaluations are available for offshore survival training, and we can also deliver internationally recognised medicals such as Norwegian and Dutch certificates for global deployment.
Supporting Health Offshore and Onshore
Our services don’t stop at the medical. We help offshore operators build long-term strategies around:
- Health risk assessments
- Workplace physio and MSK support
- Mental health training
- Return-to-work planning after injury or illness
- Access to wellbeing resources via The Vault
We understand the pressure and complexity of offshore work, and we’re here to help you deliver a safer, healthier workforce.
ENG1 Seafarers
An ENG1 Seafarers medical is the main medical fitness certification for employees working at sea. An approved doctor for the Marine & Coastguard Agency (MCA) is required to issue the ENG1 certificate after a full medical has taken place.
OGUK & OFFSHORE
Employees wishing to work offshore will need to pass an offshore medical examination. OGUK medicals are valid for 2 years and will permit the employee to work in the UK or the North Sea.
RENEWABLE (RUK) WIND TURBINE
We provide medical examinations for employees who work on wind turbines.
Perfectly Positioned: Servicing the Offshore Sector from the Humber
Our clinics in Hull and Immingham are not simply regional centres; their geographical location places them right at the heart of the UK’s burgeoning Energy Estuary—the Humber region.
This positioning makes us the ideal, local partner for companies operating in both the traditional oil and gas sector and the rapidly expanding offshore renewables industry.
The Humber ports, including Hull and Immingham, are globally recognised as critical hubs for the North Sea. Immingham is the UK’s largest port by tonnage and a major gateway for energy materials, while Hull is a primary base for operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for the huge cluster of offshore wind farms (such as Hornsea and Dogger Bank) just off the coast.
This means that thousands of offshore personnel, from platform crew and specialist engineers to wind turbine technicians, mobilise from this area.
Having our specialist occupational health facilities in Hull and Immingham provides unmatched logistical convenience.
We can offer fast, efficient access to essential statutory medicals—like the OEUK Medical and Fit-to-Train assessments—on the doorstep of major ports, heliports, and logistics parks like the Able Marine Energy Park. This proximity drastically reduces travel time and operational downtime for companies, ensuring workers are assessed, certified, and ready to mobilise with minimum delay, thereby streamlining the entire deployment process. Our clinics are strategically placed to service the continuous flow of personnel passing through this vital gateway to the North Sea.
